During this workshop participants will be able to get detailed knowledge on the DPA and are able to review the elaborate data processing agreements or renegotiate existing ones to include the GDPR requirements between The data controller and data processor.
We go thru each of the 12-14key contents of all Data Processor Agreements;
We will prepare a Data Processor Agreement with the provided template with data and information and if time permits fill in the separate schedules that must be attached to the Processor Agreement.
